Felix received his B.A. degree in Biochemistry and in Physics from Columbia University in 2016. He is currently pursuing a combined M.D./Ph.D. degree in the Duke Medical Scientist Training Program (MSTP). He joined the lab as a graduate student in 2018 and is advised by Dr. Mark Palmeri. His research interests include machine learning, signal and image processing, ultrasonic imaging, and shear wave elastography. Felix’s clinical interest is in radiology.
Outside of lab he enjoys playing piano, reading, and finance.
